The U.S. state of Alabama has reached a settlement with TikTok. The company will pay at least $100 million, with a possible increase up to $300 million. These include a daily two‑hour time limit, mandatory breaks during prolonged use, nighttime access restrictions, and stricter age verification. Parents will also gain more control over what their children see on TikTok.
