Irish regulator's fine against TikTok imposed on April 30, 2025 published.

We previously informed you about the fine imposed on TikTok by the Irish supervisory authority on April 30 for the unlawful transfer of personal data to China. On October 2, the underlying decision and an accompanying summary were published. One of the claims in TBYP's class action concerns the unlawful transfer of children's personal data to China, and TBYP will therefore carefully study this decision.
